Description of our house
Our clean home is very spacious, nicely modern decorated and with a beautiful location at the riverside. It is completely redecorated one year ago when we just bought it. The house is 4 levels high with a nice garden and roof terrace. On the groundfloor a gardenroom and garage. The gardenroom has a glass slidingdoor to the wooden terrace with loungefurniture direcly connected to the river. The livingroom is located at the first floor and nicely decorated with dark wooden floors and a modern interior. Big plasma screen and DVD Bose surround system. Modern openkitchen with dinnertable and 6 Vitra chairs. By open stairs you enter the second floor with a sleeping room with riverview, dressingroom and complete bathroom with bath, shower and hidden toilet. On the third floor you will find a complete living area suitable for two persons. Bathroom with shower and a big roofterrace.

Our neighborhoodOur house is located at the famous Dutch river the Vecht. Only 5 minutes from Utrecht city center(middle of the Netherlands) and 20 minutes drive from Amsterdam. The beach is only 40 minutes drive. Along the riverside you will find many nice castlles from the Dutch golden age 17th century. Although the house is close to all the big cities the environment is quiet, green and the view is amazing. Some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. A car(convertible) could be part of the exchange

Something about ourselvesWe are Alessia and Marc and like design and architecture. Marc is Director within the Vitra Group of companies and responsible for store and shop interior fit outs. We like to travel to nice warm and sunny destinations and also love city trips and visit musea, shops, hotels and restaurants. If possible we would like to take Malou daughter of 14 years with us.
